Slowthai announces 99p tour venues – including Edinburgh

Fast-rising rapper Slowthai will visit Edinburgh’s Sneaky Pete’s venue as part of his budget-friendly ‘99p Tour’, which kicks off next month.

The Northampton musician asked his fans on Twitter a fortnight ago for suggestions of intimate venues that he could visit on the tour, where all tickets will be sold for just 99p each.

“I’ll come to every pub; your dad’s working men’s club – I just wanna see all of you and connect,” he told fans in a video on Twitter.

Now, Slowthai has now announced which venues he has selected to play at on the ‘99p Tour’.

Kicking off at Ramsgate’s Music Hall on May 6, he’ll also visit venues in the likes of Leeds, Milton Keynes and Cardiff before wrapping up with a show at the Trimmers Arms in South Shields on May 11.

Tickets will go on sale over on his website, where you can pre-order his upcoming debut album Nothing Great About Britain (due on May 17) in order to be granted access to the ticket sale.
