Party At The Palace crowned Best Outdoor Festival 2016

McEwan’s Party At The Palace was last night (Nov 28) crowned Best Outdoor Festival 2016 by The Scottish Outdoor & Leisure Awards at Glasgow’s Marriott Hotel.

It was a fitting end to a hugely successful year for the family friendly boutique festival, which attracted over 15,000 music fans to Linlithgow this summer.

The organisers were thrilled to receive the accolade at such a prestigious event.

“It was great to be recognised for the effort that the whole team has put in,” said John Richardson, director of Party At The Palace. “We’re excited and determined to continue to develop and improve all the time and we’re looking forward to seeing what 2017 will bring.”

His business partner and co-director Peter Ferguson, added, “Thank you so much to everyone who voted for us and to those who have supported us from day one. It really is an honour to see our hard work paying off. Not just for us, but for everyone who works tirelessly behind the scenes to help us deliver a great event.”

The line up for next year has yet to be announced but tickets are already on sale.

Party at The Palace 2017 will take place in Linlithgow on 12 and 13 August.
