The Killers announced as latest TRNSMT headliners

Las Vegas indie rockers The Killers are the latest headline act to be confirmed for next summer’s TRNSMT festival – with Scottish favourites Chvrches and Franz Ferdinand also added to the line-up. Mercury Prize 2017 shortlist announced

The shortlist for the Hyundai Mercury Prize 2017 has been announced – and Loyle Carner, The xx, Stormzy, Ed Sheeran and Alt-J are all in the running for the prestigious prize.
