Wolf Alice win 2018 Mercury Music Prize

London indie band Wolf Alice have won the 2018 Mercury Music Prize for their second album, Visions of a Life. The group beat the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Lily Allen and Noel Gallagher to the award.
